PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).These are the lawful basis for the usage of your Personal Data. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Improve better communication with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions. MiniCyber may use your email address or phone number to send you notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). If you correspond with MiniCyber by email, MiniCyber may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
- Provide, update, maintain and protect our Site and business. Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud ( in particular, your IP address) and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns) as well as investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse. This includes use of Personal Data to support delivery of the Site, prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyse and monitor usage, trends and other activities or at an your request.
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
MiniCyber does not rent, trade or transfer your personal information with third parties except to provide the services or products requested by you with your permission or under the following circumstances:
-We use Shopify to power our online store. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. -Shipping company, credit card processing company, payment service provider (such as Stripe), email service provider or any other third party necessary in order to fulfill an order placed on our Site. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for promotional purposes.
-MiniCyber reserves the right to disclose your personal information as required by law.
-When MiniCyber believes disclosure is necessary protect our rights or to comply with a legal process.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
