Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESS

 

Most items are ready for shipment within 3 business days of ordering (orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following week), however, some orders require additional time in crafting as all of our jewelries are handmade with high quality craftsmanship. 

Delivery time is typically between 2-10 business days (in Canada, there is an exception for some parts of Quebec, Maritime Provinces, remote or isolated regions), 2-10 business days (US), 2-8 business days (China) and 7-30 business days (international). 
To ensure your package arrives at the correct address, please be sure to check that the shipping address you provided is accurate, up to date, and if different from your billing address, please be sure to specify when placing your order.

*(Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many delivery services have been postponed or delayed with regards to the situation of each carrier thus the deployment of shipment and shipping will require a longer time than usual. Please understand this unexpected situation and we hope you receive everything as soon as possible)*

We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal. Wechat Pay and AliPay will be available soon.

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping is complimentary for all Canada, China and U.S orders above $150 (before taxes and after discounts) . 

- Canada, below $200, a $15 (USD) shipping fee is applied 

- China, below $150, a $6 (USD) shipping fee is applied

- U.S,  below $200, a $15 (USD) shipping fee is applied 

Shipping is on us for Australian, New Zealand, all other Asian and North American orders above $300 (before taxes and after discounts) 

  • Australian and New Zealand, below $300 - 25 (USD) shipping fee is applied
  • Other Asian, below $300 - 25 (USD) shipping fee is applied
  • Other North American orders below $300 - 30 (USD) shipping fee is applied

- Other international shipping :

  • European - $35 (USD) shipping fee is applied
  • Other international shipping - $45 (USD) shipping fee is applied
     

     

    We ship via Canada Post with a flat rate priority shipping on all North America orders through priority mail with signature confirmation and all international shipping through EMS service. Please note that Canada Post delivery only indicates the amount of time needed for shipping, but does not include the time needed to prepare your order. 
 
All orders shipped overseas and to U.S are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs, and duties. 
These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are not included in MiniCyber's shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. 
If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to MiniCyber Studio service centre. Insurance for the package is optional upon request. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages after the package has been delivered to the correct shipping address. To ensure your package arrives at the correct address, please be sure to check that the shipping address you provide is accurate, up to date and if different from your billing address please be sure to specify when placing your order. 

     

    RETURN POLICY

    Exchanges or returns can be made only if the item is defective or damaged. Natural material textures, colours and grain cannot be accurately replicated and differences due to the natural conditions are not considered as the range of quality issues. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items, jewelry for use in body piercings or irregular priced items.

    Our return and exchange policy is seven (7) days, starting on the date of the Shipment Confirmation. If within seven (7) days, the customer is needed to pay for return shipping. After seven (7) days, we will not be able to offer any exchanges. Unfortunately, we can't offer refund shipping cost in either situations.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please attach photos in "contact us", as well as order number, tracking number, item number, item's photos, and a simple description. All original boxes, labels, product instructions, hang tags, tags, documents, wrappings and original receipts are required. Meanwhile, it is very important to print out "Exchange / Return Form" (click here) and attach it inside your return box after filling it out. Any product that is returned to us damaged or not in the same condition as when it was received will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
